SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED™ Beef Processing Program

In September 2004, the SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED™ Marketing Advisory Committee (SDCMAC) was established. Ten committee members from across the state were selected to assist in developing the processing, marketing and distribution aspects of the SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED™ Beef Processing Program.

The committee is a cross-section of industry experts with extensive experience in meat science, processing, marketing, retail sales, restaurant management, advertising and distribution.
